We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with anything you purchase from Wedding Music Unveiled.
But despite our best efforts, sometimes things just doesn’t work out as expected. For such cases, we want to let you know what to expect from us and what your rights are.
Wedding Music Guide
For our church wedding music guide product, we offer a 3 month (90 day) guarantee of satisfaction. If during this time, you are not satisfied with the item and wish to request a refund, you may do so. We’ll refund your original purchase amount. Send your request in an email to help [at] weddingmusicunveiled [dot] com. Be sure to include your date of purchase and the e-mail address used to make the purchase. Do not send your credit card number (that would be insecure)—our payment processor will have it on file. We’ll make every effort to respond within 2 business days.
Coaching
For our coaching products, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If during this time, you are not satisfied, you may request a refund by sending an email to help [at] weddingmusicunveiled [dot] com. Be sure to include your date of purchase and the e-mail address used to make the purchase. Do not send your credit card number (that would be insecure)—our payment processor will have it on file. We’ll make every effort to respond within 2 business days.
If your coaching has not yet begun, you are entitled to a full refund. Otherwise (if coaching has begun), the refund will be prorated as follows:
- First 7 days after purchase: 75% will be refunded
- Days 8-14 after purchase: 50% will be refunded
- Days 15-21 after purchase: 25% will be refunded
- Days 22-30 after purchase: no refund
